Meet Our Team

Molly Lieser, MA, LPCC

Owner, Counselor

Hi, I’m Molly Lieser, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and the founder of Heartland Counseling and Wellness. I offer in-person therapy in Big Lake, Minnesota, and secure online therapy for adults throughout Minnesota.

My approach to counseling is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique story. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling safe enough to explore what you’re going through without judgment. Together, we will work to better understand your experiences, develop practical tools for navigating challenges, and move toward greater clarity, healing, and growth.

Our Mission, Vision, and Foundations

Our Mission

The mission of Heartland Counseling and Wellness is to provide compassionate, ethical counseling that supports emotional healing, personal growth, and lasting change.

Through thoughtful conversation, evidence-based counseling practices, and a supportive therapeutic relationship, we seek to help individuals gain clarity, develop resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and hope.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a counseling practice where people feel safe to be honest about their struggles and hopeful about the possibility of change.

We believe that with the right support, people can rediscover strength, rebuild confidence, strengthen relationships, and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.

Faith-Informed Foundations

Heartland Counseling and Wellness is shaped by values rooted in compassion, grace, and respect for the dignity of every person.

While counseling is always tailored to the individual needs and beliefs of each client, Christian faith can be thoughtfully integrated into the counseling process for those who desire it. This may include exploring spiritual questions, reflecting on personal values, or drawing from faith as a source of strength and hope.

Come as you are. Hope Renewed. Hearts Restored.
